Kimball Kitchen: Chicken Parmesan

Tonight we made chicken parmesan with homemade marinara sauce courtesy of Giada De Laurentiis.

It turned out really good! I love the homemade sauce and fresh herbs, they really make the difference. Our one complaint is the recipe didn't call for the chicken to be breaded. Ryan and I both agree the chicken needs to be breaded, after all the chrunchy texture is the best part. Next time.

So, to get the lights straight, there are clips you buy and you have to clip them on each individual light. Kind of a lot of work, but once it's clipped once, you don't have to re-clip every year.

So, you should call me when you're in Boulder sometime and we should do lunch! 720-277-1235.
