Cooking Class

We have been eying Sur La Table's cooking classes for a while.  When I looked at the menus for the month of March I got extincted to see Date Night: Dinner in Spain. The menu featured:

Garlic-Sherry Mushrooms to start
Chicken and Shrimp Paella
Chorizo-Stuffed Piquillo Peppers
Brandy-Spiked Hazelnut Custard

We learned a few new tricks in the kitchen, and it was fun cooking with other passionate foodies. The classes are a little expensive, hopefully we will be back for more.

Glad you guys had fun! That menu looks bomb. We still need to have a lobster roll cook-off and a spanish night sometime - maybe this summer.

i would probably burn mine ans stink up the whole place. ill stick to others doing the cooking :)
